Fix Template: 2 Pages of checkout

I have modified the default template of PrestaShop 1.6.1.6
I've removed some columns of the cart-page (see Screenshot1) and the last page of the 5-step checkout (see Screenshot 2).
Now it looks wrong, especially if I add a voucher, see Screenshot 1.
Your job is to fix these 2 pages in the template of the 5-step-checkout.
