We are a Customer Engagement consultancy focussing on mapping the customer journey, lead & customer analytics and development of customer engagement and campaign strategy. Our target customers are primarily in Financial Services: Consumer Banking and Insurance.
The two British partners have a combined 60 years of Marketing experience working in Fortune 500 companies (both client and agency side) and on government contracts.
We have developed a proprietary IP based on that experience and have a fully documented process that we will train you in. We already have blue chip clients pre-launch.
We're looking for people that are motivated, methodical and have good interpersonal skills to work on a project basis, often embedded with the clients.
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in Hong Kong. Fluent in Cantonese would be an advantage as would Financial Services experience.
