Create a Replenishment report for SAP Business One v9
Step 1:
From SAP must obtain information on the minimum and maximum billing per day of the article in a given period. For the minimum billing should be considered in terms of what is sold and invoiced, ie should not be considered those in which there was no sale (zero turnover), but the days on which the lowest amount of the article was invoiced in the period in the period considered.
Step 2:
For each supplier of each item, the average response time measured in days (lead time) is obtained from SAP, that is, the number of days elapsed from placing the order to the supplier until the goods arrives at the warehouse door at COMPSIS. As an estimate, you could consider the date of each purchase order vs. SAP. The date of entry of goods (articles).
Step 3:
The minimum inventory level is calculated by multiplying the average minimum billing by the lead time
Step4:
The maximum level is calculated by multiplying the average maximum billing by the lead time and adding to this result the minimum level
Step 5:
The reorder point is calculated by multiplying the average daily turnover by the lead time and the result is added the minimum level
Step 6:
The quantity to be ordered when the inventory reaches the reorder point is calculated by subtracting the sum of the following variables: current inventory (in stock) + transit order + special order
