RFP/Tender document created for a managed security services MSS

I need a Tender/Request for proposal document created for my business to send out to multiple MSS Services. -will need to include technical questions to ask Business Requirements to be documented; The purpose of this RFP is to identify a strategic partner that will supplement and strengthen our IT security team by providing 24x7x365 managed security services detecting and alerting us to any security events. This includes log collection, monitoring and alerting however we’d like to keep incident response internally. These services will enhance our security posture and reduce the risk of security breach or compromise.
