In order to make your application more testable you should use acceptance testing frameworks such as Specflow and StoryQ with unit testing framework Nunit. If there are some special features that we can’t do with MS SQL Reports there are third party reporting systems such as Telerik or devexpress. Hiring me you will acquire a race-car brain, an honest man and a workaholic in one package (Like an instant coffee with milk and sugar :-) ), so you won't regret it.
