Build Art Marketplace Ecommerce Website

I have set this project as being a Medium Project, and my budget is $2000 AUD. Eg, please do not waste your time and my time by sending me a proposal for $3000 USD. I want a Pinterest-compatible website built to create a marketplace to provide online gallery space to artists and photographers, to display, promote and sell their artworks on. There will be several layers to this marketplace, and 3 main sections: 'Collections'; 'Discover Art'; and 'Sell Your Art'. Central management of all aspects is required. I want the site optimized for SEO, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & Instagram and blogging, and must also be able to integrate with different Photoshop requirements. Algorithms will need to be coded for sizing, regarding how different artworks are displayed, and also for the 'behind-the-scene' pricing engine the artists will have control of. A fully-featured Content Management System will be required at the back-end, providing analytics, sales, marketing and accounting tools to contributing artists and photographers. Once the site is established and functioning the second phase of the project will be to create an iOS app for it. At this stage one of the most important qualifications for this job is to have an in-depth understanding of how to optimize the site for sales, on the site itself, on Pinterest (using the appropriate pins), and as a Facebook store. Catalogues must also be created for artists to display, collect, and curate their works and other artists and photographers works within our own site, and accompanying catalogues created on Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr as well as, i.e. you must plan for maximum and total exposure in all markets, but particularly Australia and SE Asia, the US and Canada, and the UK and Europe.
