Joomla site needed

Looking for a company to create the following: Joomla 1.5 template for a holiday cottage company from my photoshop designs. The company has three cottages which it lets out, and for which it would like users to be able to check availability on an online calendar. The following functions are important: • Suckerfish menu which degrades gracefuly when it's not compatible with operating system. • Home page must emulate the rollover function that is used on the following site for their 'Accommodation' 'Business Breaks' and 'Party breaks' tabs, customised to my photoshop designs: [login to view URL] • Property availability must be searchable by accommodation name, length of stay and date of arrival • Jomres V3 Booking Management module - Initially, client DOES NOT want to take bookings online, but the site must be easily upgradeable to allow for online bookings made by paypal and other payment gateways.
