Review my Laptop performance issues

Hello, I have a laptop that is around 4 years old (see attachment for PC information). As it stands, it appears to be running slower than it should be. I have done the following to improve the performance: - Physically cleaned the fan and interior of the laptop - Run [login to view URL] - Run [login to view URL] - Run [login to view URL] - Revised Current Services and Processes - Removed Cookies and Internet history - Removed some of the programs I do not use - Cleared space on C: drive - Scanned with Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security - Run Malwarebytes The above actions have noticeably improved the performance, but it still seems slower than it should be. It seems to be using a lot of memory when I am running next to nothing, and my CPU Usage is spiking (see attachment) - As though something sneaky is running in the background. I also notice one primary affected area seems to be with my browser (Chrome) which sometimes becomes unresponsive. Your task will be to figure out what is causing the slow performance and thoroughly suggest actions for me to take to improve the performance in a .text file of your choosing. In YOUR BID: - Introduce yourself and tell me who you are and what you do (Qualifications etc) - explain what your plan of attack is, what you plan to do... - English language is important as I have had issues in the past - Obviously cheaper bids are more appealing to me I want this to be done via Teamviewer as I am comfortable with this software.
