Seeking Developer with SilverStripe CMS (/framework) experience for a "Quick Money" job

I am in need of a developer to work Via TeamViewer to complete a task on SilverStripe. We have back-end access also. I am not familiar enough with the CMS to get this done effectively. Some JavaScript knowledge would help but more concerned about your SilverStripe knowledge. For the task itself, I simply need a div to transition in from outside of the screen when the site is loaded. This location is outside of any currently existing module. You can code it yourself or simply guide me in doing so. I will be online to discuss with any bidders 13 HOURS from now (0930 AEDT) and expect to have chosen a freelancer and begun 13-14 HOURS from now (check when this project was posted).
