I have a job where I need to migrate Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2016. The new server has been setup with Server 2012 R2 and is ready for the install of Exchange 2016 and migration (as we all know it cannot migrate directly). Network has one forest with one domain and about 25 mailboxes. Since the new server is using hyperv to create a number of VMs, we have the DC on one server, and Exchange designated for another server. Would like to get a price to plan and setup the DC properly and migrate the 2003 data to 2016. Note: I have PST files for all the users which may help for the migration. Preliminary work can be done during the week. The final migration will be done over the weekend to ensure that the staff are up and running Monday morning. I will be available on site to assist in any way possible during the weekend and on Monday morning to mitigate any issues. Spoken English is very important as for planning and implementation we will be discussing the process both verbally (Skype or other) and via chat or email.

I've been in IT for about 20 years and have set up many small business (both single server and multi-server linked by IPSEC) networks. I've only set up one Exchange server, aeons ago, since most tiny businesses have no need for it. That said, I've the server experience and technical knowledge to get around anything. Did a quick look and doing the migration looks like a big ball of fun, with the recommended method being 2003->2010->2016. This would involve setting up a 2008 server VM with 2010 running on the 180 day eval. I would be using the Exchange Server Deployment Assistant as a guide, along with any relevant Technet docs. I'm not sure about your chances of getting someone with the required English skills AND Exchange experience on here, so I figured "why not?". I spent 20 years in the US, so communication isn't a problem. I'm a little nebulous on what you want done with the DC, but we can iron that out if you end up picking me for this job.
