Looking to hire a talented personal assistant for a busy professional with many priorities. You will be helping him focus on life management and work priorities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage calendar and contacts; screen and appropriately direct email and phone calls.
-Schedule appointments, meetings, phone conferences, etc.
-Maintain list of IDs and passwords
-Reconcile monthly business receipts with credit card statement
-Work on miscellaneous tasks for events, e.g. invite lists, invitations, menu planning, etc..
-Communicate daily with employer, updating and debriefing current projects and tasks.
-Communicate on employer's behalf to staff, business associates, etc.
-Perform tasks such as typing, editing, copying, filing, and distributing documents.
-Build and maintain employer's bio and resume.
-Project management - gather tasks for all projects; develop or implement project management system; identify potential problems, pitfalls and delays in projects and propose solutions.
-Manage and Communicate on employer's behalf on social media
