I am working with a Healthcare Industry Executive who is interested in investing in and growing a small Medical/Surgical Products Distributor. He has been hired by this company to be their General Manager and possible investor. The company currently generates approximately $10M in annual revenues and is growing - However, there does appears to be minimal financial controls. The reason for reaching out to a 3rd party is to assist him with financial due diligence to determine the financial of the company. Initial primary focus should be on accuracy of Accounts Payable and General Ledger and Balance Sheet. Company can not afford hire a full time Controller at this time. This sounds like what I have done the past year in my last position.
