I am looking for someone who has a small audit practice who is capable of performing an audit on a small private fund that invests in US securities and a full range of financial assets. The audited financials are only being used to open a trading relationship with MarketAxess. I am looking for a full audit report with unqualified opinion. The auditor must hold US CPA credentials. I am looking for a fixed fee contract and would need a list of other clients for which audits are or have been performed.
