We currently have QBO and are using it to manage the finances of our Credit Counseling company. The first part of this project will be to create a new file in QBO and push all of our existing customers and invoices into here, so we can have a completely clean/fresh integration. Some of our other data was not setup cleanly and we want to prepare for this automation with clean customer and invoice data from the outset. It is manual process at the moment and we want to be able to leverage the Quickbooks Online API to push payment information into the system and reconcile these payments against invoices in the QBO system for our company. Ask for anything you need and it will be provided to you.

Hi, I already have extensive written project with QBO and I can help you. Project already pushes some invoice data to from DB to QBO, but it can be modified to re import your customers then your invoices. To create a new file in QBO, will select Create a new company in the no company open window. At this point, you have two setup options: > Select Express Start if you want to get started right away. You only need to enter your business name, industry, and business type to create your company file. You can enter this info later on. > Select Detailed Start if you want to do a complete setup so all of your info is in from the start. Please let me know which version you are using. I will work accordingly. So already worked with QuickBook and Twilio API as well. Kindly let me know your convenient time to have further discussion.
