Agile Coach and Trainer

Project requires onsite presence in Washington DC for 4 days a week (Monday Afternoon through Thurs afternoon) from Feb through March. In this role, you will provide training for Agile / SCRUM methodologies as well as ongoing guidance to a business and IT individuals on an ad-hoc basis. * In addition, you will be responsible for developing and delivering 4 different training sessions to a large group. These are: ** Agile 101 – Basic Principles of Agile / SCRUM Training Session ** Agile 201 – The Agile and SCRUM Frameworks ** Agile 301 - Building and Managing Agile and SCRUM Teams Training Session ** Agile 401 – Managing Complex Projects * Advise the client team on the benefits and risks associated with the proposed bidder Agile approaches * Provide Agile and SCRUM Best Practice comparison and gap analysis of a service provider's recommended approach.
