I have a cPanel server where I can host each clients vTiger application.

I need Call Center Agent user interface where administrator can also log on to integrate with my VOIP Server.
I need a windows or web based program which will have an easy user interface.
This interface will integrate a G729 Softphone, vTiger CRM, MySQL Database, campaign, SOAP API Features, and predictive/progressive dialer.
Please let me know if you have done something similar before. Vicidial is the closes solution, but it's not easy to use at all.

This is a careful bid because i would need to talk to you what you want. We have experience with VICIdial and i believe it's the best choice everytime. Once you start with a callcenter solution it always turns out there are so many features that you need but you didn't realize before. VICIdial has all of those because of years of development. It can be installed on a separate server and then make a trunk with your existing server. Once it's running you have a webinterface for your admins and agents.
