Video Encryption and Then Decryption in Android Native App

I want Video/Audio file to be Encrypted and then to be decrypted in Android App containing unique Decryption algorithm so that my Video and Audio files are to be opened in that App only. I am getting prepared a customized messenger app that can share videos, Audios, docs, pics etc. I want to share Encrypted Video/Audio via that App and Receiver will install the Decryption App and when he/she will click on downloaded Video/Audio thumbnail that messenger app will prompt to open with and play that Video/Audio file in the Decryption App. I want a person who can design a unique algorithm and can let me know or teach me about how to implement that Encryption Algorithm in other videos. In short, the developer is supposed to do two things: 1) To Prepare a unique algorithm to Encrypt Video/Audio File so that it cannot be opened in any video/audio editing software. Then teach me on how to implement it on my other Video/Audio files. He/she can give 3 samples of Video/Audio files for demo and then will teach me how to do that for other Video/Audio Files. 2) To create an APK application that can be installed in Android Phone and will decrypt that unique algorithm and will play Video/Audio File in its built in Video/Audio player. Of course there would be a built in functionality which can disable any service related to capturing screen. Otherwise, there will not be any meaning of developing decrytion App.
