I would prefer to break the task in modules. And when I was trying it I realized I need three things initially. These are Access Database (You said it has attached but somehow I am unable to get it.), txt or xls which you will import to server and the final output file pdf. At the same time I would expect if you can share me the current application which is using the access db. May the application itself is under the access. Whatver, please share me the above to check further. If the master data would be in view only then who and how it will change. I am assuming that it may required in future that you will have any requirement to modify the master data. Please let me clear on this. Is this only three field registration application or there should be some other requirement too. What is the concept of awarded person. In my eyes it should be simple. Agents will marked the user as awarded and I need to change the value in database for future use. Please let me clear if there would be any role management system or not. In that case we can make the control hide from normal user and the admin would only be able to modify. May I am thinking a bit but normally this tye of application used scanner to scan event tickets. So, please let me know if your app needs such features or not. Whatever, please get back to me with all file details so that I can dig into more details and get back to you with my answers and architecture design, will wait or your response.
