AngularJS 4 Directive for Jquery DLMenu

Create an angular directive based on the jquery dlMenu plugin here [url removed, login to view]

Example code only needs to recreate ‘Demo 2’ found on the above url. However, the created angular directive must be able to recursively bind the menu.
