30 Second Animated Comic Book Style Video for Cryptocurrency YouTube Podcast

My partner and I need a 30 second animated comic book style intro for our cryptocurrency podcast. We have a 30 second rap song we had written and composed for it so certain parts/scenes of the intro need to line up with specific parts of the song. I am looking for someone who is proficient with photoshop and illustrator, possibly also adobe character animator. There will also be a little bit of frame by frame animation but mostly the animation will be done with camera panning and zooming. We need someone who can do comic book like illustrations exactly like the ones I have attached here. Above all else we NEED someone with great artistic vision. We had an animator who was going to do the job but had something come up and can no longer do it. He did the character illustrations and logo for the podcast below. I have somewhat of a storyboard of scenes we need. I will try to write a detailed description below of what we need. There are 6 characters and a car (Lambo) that will need to be illustrated. Also all the background etc. This intro will take place in a city/urban area. Please find a good urban backdrop (like in the images I have put together below) using Google Maps Streetview so you can get different angles of the same location. I have various images of the different characters this intro will include (different angles and facial expressions) and pictures of the Lambo. They will just need to be converted to comic style illustrations. This is how the story line will go: 1: Myself and my partner (Characters 1 and 2) are on the sidewalk looking at our phones making cryptcurrency purchases. 2: In the song Character 3's name is mentioned so when that happens the video should quickly cut to an image of him also in the urban setting like he is in the same general location as characters 1 and 2 but not directly with them. 3: Then the villains (Characters 4, 5, 6) are beamed down in beams of light almost like aliens are being beamed down from the sky. 4: Cut to closeup of Villains (photos will be provided but make them look sort of evil in the illustrations) 5: Characters 1 and 2 look at eachother with the "uh oh" look on their faces. 6: Cut to scene of character 3 throwing key to Lambo 7: Next scene, characters 1 and 2 catch lambo key and begin to run towards Lambo. Lambo is in background on the side of the road. After key is caught camera zooms in on Lambo. 8: Next scene is closeup of Lambo from different angle, Hand comes into picture and unlocks/starts lambo (remote start). Lights come on 9: Next scene, characters 1 and 2 getting into Lambo (front view) 10: Next scene, Lambo speeds off down city street (side view of car) 11: Next scene, front view of Lambo driving toward screen with character 1 and 2's heads inside (camera zoom in to give appearance of car getting closer) 12: Next scene, switches to rear view of Lambo as if it passed by (camera zoom out to give appearance car got further away) 13: Last scene somehow transition to podcast logo Keep in mind this is a Cryptocurrency podcast so there should be Cryptocurrency related things around in the images. Maybe in the beginning Scene when we are buying cryptocurrencies on our phones have small cryptocurrency logos like the bitcoin and ethereum logo popping up out around the phone. Maybe some kind of Cryptocurrency related sign on a building like an advertisement or maybe a graffiti Bitcoin logo on a wall. Also please make sure the scene transitions are done well. I have attached some images and the storyboard to give you an Idea of what we are looking for. The rest of the photos and images will be provided to whoever is awarded the job. I want someone who is creative with ideas as well as talent. Please show me your previous work. Thank you!
