Hi, my name is Swing. First of all, I get really attracted by your description - "If you love pretty faces, we need you!". Yes, I do! As a designer I love all pretty things! So, here is my plan for this project. In every 1 minute I able to sort 4 faces (assume it is a simple scoring process) . I can contribute 12 hours per day for this project, as I'm a full time freelancer now. 60 minute x 12 hour x 4 faces = 2880 faces/day I believe I can complete this project in 4 days.
