Online Hindi magazine with eCommerce

We need all other features like banner management etc which can generate reports for clients about their banner advertisements. We need google analytics etc installed for stats in CMS. We rather have URL rewritten to search engine friendly format or have it as .html as you have on your own site. We want one section to keep building more literature but one section should act like a monthly/bi monthly magazine which have archive of old issues. We need top horizontal menu and left side menu as multi-level cos it helps in SEO. All url should be SE friendly so we can add meta tags. menu should be self generated when we add pages and poin it to any parent page. The coding must be validated and error free. We would like to avoid the iframe but we need the daily story even if you have script which can display a new story for 365 days if possible. I need some another script which will display (Mon-Sunday story) based on end user - for example if it's Monday in users country it show him story of Monday and if it's Sunday then Sunday's story. ........................................................................................................ I also need a section where new developing writers can publish but it would be subject to approval. We need a BBS, blog and Guest book. So it's kind a full portal. I know some template of Wordpress and IJoomla for magazine but tell me what best can you offer. I want same colours as Indian flag. You may add or suggest anything else. I want the site validate for coding, css and if use xhtml etc. I want it one of the best. The existing web site has high ranking with main keywords and we want to maintain it with same level. The colours will be same as it has now if you visit the site but layout can be different if you have better idea.
