Hello, my friend.
I love your proposal.
I am not a psychologist, I am a journalist and content creator. However, this subject resonates with me.
Here is a story: back on January 2017 my partner left me for someone else and I plunged into the deepest pain and depression I’ll ever feel.
It helped me grow, it pushed me forward, and it gave way for me to create the best and most genuine version of myself.
Needless to say, I got through it. What did I do? I got into meditation, spiritualism and self love, and learned all human emotions are a product of your own sense of worth and the meaning you give to the distance between where you are and where you want to be.
It is all a matter of self love and gratitude, thus learning to control the thought patterns that cause the emotional response will give us peace.
And reaching peace is learning that 90 percent of our thoughts are recicles from the day before. And these thoughts come with subconscious meaning we give to things, mostly related to past traumas.
Well, yeah, I could right a book. From the heart and from research (neurobiology, sociology, spiritualism, psychology,...).
For a 5000 words book I would charge 320$
