ASP .NET FILE UPLOAD

I need a a page that allows a file to be uploaded via a web page. The file should work in an AJAX like fashion where the page does not need to reload. upload progress bar should indicate to the user the uploa dprogress including kbs transfrered and %, time remaining. the code should expose a property to set the accepted file types and maximum filesize. there should be a method to set the saved filename too. Your solution must support large file sizes >500mb the page may be coded using javascript and asp .net preferably c# but will consider your options if different. you should build the code in a modular fashion so that it may easily be integrated into existing pages.
