classic ASP update (e-Trade app)

We need to alter some existing pages in an ASP application. It can be access through by a web-based VPN. There's 5 required changes. Attached, I send 1st one. It's developed in ASP + VB6 (dlls) and it connects to a SqlServer database.
Project cost depends on your time to do all the 5 changes. But we suppose a good developer can do it (all the 5 changes) in 80 hours, as you can see below:
requirements understanding: 8hs (we need that you need it)
DB modeling: 8hs (create/alter tables and fields)
change #1: 24hs (attached)
change #2: 24hs (very similar to the 1st one)
change #3: 32hs (somewhat complicated)
change #4: 8hs (simple)
change #5: 4hs (very simple, it's a report)
If you see that you can do this job, as explained in attached files, we can hire you for this and send remaining tec specs.
