MLM Straight Line Pay Software

I am looking for a SOFTWARE packaged customized to my needs. I will need ongoing support and contact with this programmer as well. You must be familiar with MLM software and Single Line Payout Structure. Similar to a BINARY but only ONE LINE. Members will join for Free, and must have a VERIFIED paypal email address to enter into the PayLine. This will also have to have a membership fee that will automatically bill their PAYPAL Account each month. The ONE LINE must also compress for those that have paid. Withdrawals from our system will only be made to the PAYPAL account that was reistered. Funds will move from OUR paypal account to the member's paypal account. All balances, and TRX will be logged in the MLM Software Account. The Payout and structure will work as follows: Member enters for FREE, and will be NOTIFIED by email and/or TEXT MESSAGE when someone after them pays their entrance fee to the PAYLINE. For the FREE MEMBER to enter the PAYLINE they must then SUBSCRIBE to the PAID MEMBERSHIP via their verified Paypal Account. To Qualify for commissions they must have two personally paid members in the payline. Once this happens the next 5 people that enter into the payline would payout to the QUALIFIED PERSON. That Qualified Person would then be re-entered at the bottom of the PAYLINE. We would appreciate any feedback, and would like to WORK with a programmer that would be interested in working with us and sharing ideas to make this work properly. This would need to be written in ASP only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 2K3, and ASP with ACCESS DATABASE, Sequel Server may be needed, but I'd like to utilize ACCESS. Input on this is MUCH APPRECIATED.
