Standardize 35 DWG files

We are looking to update 35 DWG (old) files of window seals to our "new" standard format. - We will want our title block used on all drawings. Currently they are in a different title block - We will need to convert any metric to imperial (US imperial) - We will need a one to one (1 : 1) image inserted in the lower left hand side. - We need all information on the old file transferred to the new file - Some of the seals are filled with foam. We will want the same hash pattern used in all foam parts. Please see enclosed example of a file of the "old" file that has been converted to the "new" standard format. I have also enclosed an instruction sheet.
