There is a 5 story building, I have designed the top 3 stories which is wooden structure and need to design the foundation ( basement ) and ground floor( flat concrete slab) and perimeter retaining walls supporting slab. the project is USA California and needs to comply with IBC2015 and ASCE7-10. detailing and drafting also is be included in the scope of the job. The calculation package needs to delivered to city officials and modified if required. ETABS or SAP2000 are preferred programs since i can review my self before submitting the plans.
