We are looking for an accountant to work for us on a freelance basis for an Interior Shutter Company - probably for 1-2 days per week from our office here in Fulham, London.
The main responsibilities are:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI's,
- Monthly stock figures
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting supplier invoices
- Weekly and Monthly payroll
- Monthly sales invoices
- Credit Card posting
- Produce VAT Returns.
Accounts Package used: Sage Accounts
Payroll Package used: Moneysoft
On top of this, there are some ad hoc requirements eg: contract creation for employees, business analysis and forecasts.
