Build a website with PHP, MySql and Google Maps API skills

The requirement is to develop a web portal for registering Donors, Volunteers and Charities. The charities will post their needs (Items wanted) and donors will pick them and offer to donate. When the charity accepts their offer, the donor can go and physically deliver. The charity will acknowledge the receipt. The Donors can post their pictures of donation and Charities can post info about themselves. Charities can login to register based on email/mobile, but will be physically verified by visiting and approved by Admin. Donors can register using email/mobile. Volunteers are those who offer their service such as teaching children, training them in some craft, delivering donations etc. Charities should be able to register their address and postal code and also they should be able to give their exact location on a Google map by clicking on it. The coordinates should be stored and used to display their location for Donors looking for Charities nearby. or any specific place. The job involves registering Charities, volunteers and donors and maintaining their profiles. The charities will post their needs as Items wanted for their inmates such as warm clothing, stationary, sports items, toys, books etc. There will be no cash donations and only donation of articles. The donors will pick the nearby or any charity of their choice by viewing on a Google map, view their requirements and choose to donate and inform the charities through the portal. The charities will acknowledge the donation request and also the actual deliveries using the website. The system will keep track of all the donations and updated requirements.. The charities and the Donors should be able to post their reviews, photos and videos on the site. Google map location will be used to locate the charities and donor locations. While updating their profiles, the users should be able to click on the map to indicate their location and that information should be stored. The donor should be able to view the nearby charities (say for example 3KM) around his location. Category of items and Item details masters should be maintained so that items are selected only from a drop down box. Admin access should be provided for maintaining the backend MySql database and the registered users administratively. A very similar functionality is provided by a site www.globedrop.org.
