Development Application for a Secondary Dwelling (Granny Flat)

Hi,
I have purchased a 60m2 kit home (Granny Flat) to build on my residential property as a secondary dwelling in the Eurobodalla Shire, NSW.
It is a complying development....i have met with council several times....there is absolutely no problem with the development.
I now have basic plans all done, site elevations etc by a building surveyor. So apart from the formal application I have all thats needed to put the DA together. (site plan attached)
I’m finding it difficult (an absolute pain actually!) to get my head around all paperwork required in the DA process.
Council has told me that I could go by way CDC but recommended to just submit a normal DA.
SO....I am after someone to take the plans I have and complete all the paperwork necessary for council submission. THEN I take over from there.
There is no drafting or architectural work required. Simply take care of the application only based on the material I provide you.
I have provided the site plan FYI....and supply all elevations when required.
If you’re up for the task....i would love to hear from you. I would like it done ASAP...please, only experienced people apply.
