HOUSE FAÇADE / FRONT ELEVATION AND LAYOUT DESIGNS FOR 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR

I am looking for an experienced and professional architect who can work for to extend an existing singlestory house to finalize the layout plan for 2nd & 3rd floor and the house façade design i.e. front elevation design based on the input/layouts provided. Total Area: 193 sq. meter Approx. ▪ Type of Structure: Frame Structure (Columns and beams already constructed as shown Figure 1) ▪ Location: Algeria ▪ Nature of Work: Modification + Green Field Job What you will need to take care: • Layout Plan for 2nd and 3rd floor (1st floor is existing and already accommodated) • Show House main entrance on East side i.e. towards stadium, revamp the whole front view by Changing windows, doors etc., see image below to get the idea, Fig. 1 • Design the Front elevation / Façade design (2D/3D Views) • Balconies are important, the one facing the stadium should be decent and beautiful for a coffee area. The house location makes it an ideal spot to watch city games that are organized in the stadium. • Try to make use of lanterns lamps (pendent mounted lighting fixtures) instead of recessed lighting in balconies while showing the rendered view of front elevation design. • Avoid over-use of expensive material such as heavy metal or expensive wood works in façade design. I want a economical design with a touch of creativity using ordinary construction material to improve front outlook. • The house front view should give a feel of openness. For example, I suggest wide central opening. It Shouldn't be a small door. Rather a wide glass window is better. Kindly discuss to understand the requirement. You are not necessarily required to completely copy the typical design shared in above pictures. Yet, it should fit in with them. Your own creativity is much more appreciated and welcome
