Assist me with Bulk Marketing

Need someone who has knowledge of Craigs List ad posting policies and knows how to post ads in most states without having them flagged or deleted. Need one ad kept live in every state except Louisiana and Wisconsin. Ad just needs to be placed and then can be allowed to expire. Then it would be replaced. As long as the ad can be viewed it is live, if it expires or is flagged and removed then it needs to be replaced.

I will pay monthly at the end of each month after a review to make sure most of the ads remained live during the year.
