We are creating 3 new websites:
1- ****.com: Sells organic and authentic food like honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, jams and lot more. *****.com will not have any warehouse or inventory. All products are sold on ****.com are from domestic suppliers. All products will have the suppliers branding, with a sticker saying that the item is sold on ****.com.
2- *******.com: Sells men, women and kids clothes, accessories and shoes. The same concept as the website 1. Small boutiques, fashion designers and influencers have their own brands, selling on instagram with own delivery or pickup. They will have the chance to sell on ****.com.
3- *******.com: Will be the place where you can buy gifts like customized mugs, tshirts, handcrafted items and any gift ideas from domestic suppliers.
The first Site (Organic and Authentic Food) will be launched first, after 3 to 6 months, the 2nd site (Clothes site), another 3 to 6 months the 3rd site (Gifts site) will be launched.
Technology:
- The 3 sites will be hosted on Shopify for a starting price of 29$ per month for each site.
- The payment gateway added on site will be 2checkout.
- Each website will have its own social media platform: Facebook, Twitter, instagram and Youtube (Not sure about this option, any advice?)
- Our main marketing platform is facebook with a starting monthly spent of $1000 per month for the first 3rd months. Keeping in mind that we will only launch the first website.
Services We can Provide:
1- Visit each supplier and have a full day of professional shooting of products. Having professional photos. (Charges paid by suppliers for a discounted cost up to $300 max for up to 200 pictures.
2- Creating an animated video ad for each supplier. The ad is between 15 and 30 seconds. The supplier will be charged $400 for this video and will be posted once approved.
3- The main page on the site will show 3 featured suppliers showing 3 main products from each. Being one of those featured suppliers will
Suppliers:
1- Food Site: Our margin will be between 10 to 20% maximum.
2- Clothing Site: Margins may reach 40% depending on the supplier or brand we are buying from.
3- Gifts Site: Some items will have a very low margin, others may reach 40%.
Shipment:
A shipping company will pickup the package from the supplier and deliver to customer door steps.

This business plan will be shown to potential investors and all suppliers.
