Our project is to produce e-books. We require the services of a person or company who can provide the following work:- To have an illustration of a book, pages will turn, each page contains a story with interactive elements. Each book consists of 10 pages. There are 4 books to complete. Interactive element will contain basic sounds and movement. i.e. bell ringing, water bubbling, cow mooing, sheep baaing etc.

Bid is provisional - will depend on the delivery technology. We could be talking about a web-based delivery using Java or Flash. It could be a C++ executable as a self-contained e-book, or a C++ reader aplication that opens e-book files. Also scope of bids is not clear - does it include building a website to distribute the e-books and take payment?
