You'll need to know a limited amount of assembly for reverse engineering and preferably some experience dealing with anticheat. You'd be developing private hacks for a set price to make then a cut of future sales.
This isn't for me personally, I'm working more as a translater since the person needing doesn't speak english but I'll be able to answer any questions you may have about the project.
