50920 Internal Message Program req'd

I am looking for a competent programmer who can create a ‘virtual' email system for a class of computers. I am a teacher who requires an electronic messaging system for my pupils. Their ages range from 6 to 13, so it needs to be very simple to use! I would like each user (and there are over 100 users in each week) to be able to log on to the program, and then send/receive messages to each other, whether other users are logged on at the time or not. At no point would the users be required to send a live email. Assume that there is no connection to the internet!
