Arduino Mega to GSM GPS RFID

Need a programmer to generate a code to get the uplaod of GPS data thru GPRS at a set interval, configured by sms and TCP (Gprs). Also to save each data in SD card. When RF card is shown to RFID it should upload the data captured with GPS time thru gprs. also save each data to sd card with a serial number and if instructed device should send the backlog data thru gprs. Sms command: IP and Port, Time interval, APN, Identity of device, turn digital pin high/low Gprs packet :imei, gprmc,with 5 Digital input pin status and 2 Analog pin I have the Arduino Mega Board with GSM 900a modem and GPS with RFID. You need to give me connectivity diagram and with source of the project as required above. Experience in Arduino will be preferred, also with time faster
