Document Automation proejct

Hello I want to make a automation for documentation. I have too many patient treatment records to write. I am sending you some examples of my documentations. I want the program to be able to automatically write the texts for me so I can just copy and paste it into my treatment record system. Here are the things I want copy and pasting the previous sessions response into the program's examination section will either randomly increase or decrease all the ROM by either 5 or 10 degrees make a pool of muscle names and save manually and make a button to put random muscle names from that pool in examination section to tight muscles Function which I can save a sentence and include it where I want to. Able to add Drop down which I can put words in those saved sentences clicking "improved" button increases ROM in examination by 5 or 10 or 15 degrees into reponse section, and change the +ve tests to -ve in response section The numbers in front of C, T, L in examination automatically goes to treatment and change the word 'restriction' to 'adjustment' Tight muscles in examination automatically goes to treatment and remove word 'tight' with 'MRT' function which I can increase or decrease all ROM in examination by 5 degrees in both examination and response (separate button for both) clicking 'Not improved' button automatically copy the ROM in examination to response and increase randomly by either 0 or 5 copy the tests that were +ve to response The numbers in front of C, T, L in examination automatically goes to treatment and change the word 'restriction' to 'adjustment' Tight muscles in examination automatically goes to treatment and remove word 'tight' with 'MRT' function which I can increase or decrease all ROM in examination by 5 degrees in both examination and response (separate button for both) Copy all button Please let me know if you are able to make this
