I need a dos-box command line utility that can be called during an automate batch file and add the the audio cart chunk information specified in section 6 of this document (ftp://[login to view URL]) to a generic .wav audio file. Needs to add title / artist, etc. fields by variable in the command line so that I can specify what the title and artist and other elements mentioned in the referenced pdf are set as when the batch file is called. Example syntax of what I have in mind is below: program, input filename, output filename, title set for chunk, artist set for chunk, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] -t The Gambler -a Kenny Rogers -l 03:54 I have attached links to a file with the proper cart chunk information header already added ([login to view URL]) and a sample [login to view URL] file that would need the information added to it. Hi, As a proof of concept I wrote a 32-bit Windows console application in C++ which takes [login to view URL] as an input and creates a new [login to view URL] with cart chunk fields set to 'Sequence Title' and 'Unknown artist'. If the original file does not contain the cart chunk, the program does nothing. If requested, I can upload the program for testing I can reproduce the same functionality in 16-bit DOS code Sincerely, Serge

Hello, I can develop a DOS command line utility to add the the audio cart chunk information specified in section 6 of the AES46-2002 document. We can discuss the details of the command line parameters later on. But for now, it will probably take about a week to implement and test the utility. Thanks

Hi, I can provide you a solution for Windows computers using Labview. So you have to install a supplementary engine but will not need a license. It will be an executable called in a batch file with parameters. Let me know if it sounds OK for you and want to discuss details. Regards, Nicolae
