C Embedded developing for FLASH FL256SAIF00 32MB ASIC Chip

I would like to hire a Firmware developer in C for FL256SAIF00 Asic chip via SPI driver to control a FLASH ASIC Chip. The driver must must be implemented as a-synchronized mechanism. The acceptance test will be passed with a application demo to play a memory array size from 0 - 32MB (write/read/erase) could work with sector or Bank address. Each time to write a mini-data size is 156 characters. The 100,000 Program-Erase Cycles is also consider for Flash lifetime. The documentation is considered as a part of software package. I would like to have delivery for each week. Expected duration is 2-3 weeks.
