SPI external chip configuration(s) code using a PIC micro

I need help with a small portion of a PIC32 firmware code. The Code needs to set various configuration settings using SPI. Initially, I need code written to configure a 24bit ADC using the attached information. The configuration routine should be triggered by the PIC receiving a single unique asci character. This will be used to configure and test data acquisition from a sensor. The configuration settings are written in the attached scanned document. A copy of the ADC data sheet is included for reference. If it works, I will need additional SPI based configurations for both the ADC and another chip. In the end, I intend on having several SPI configuration settings saved and called by a single character sent to the PIC, so the above first project should be written with this in mind—easily called SPI configuration routines from responding to a single, unique character.
