STM32 Developer (Quectel Modem)

Hello, I am searching for a fairly skilled developer who can help me and develop a simple PoC code that: + Communicate with a modem using AT Commands over the USART2 line. (I have few libraries ready that i found specifically for BC95 - I just need to get them working) Attaching nb-iot network, check connection, check signal, send data over CoAP/UDP The MCU is specifically: STM32L0-line Modem is : Quectel BC95-B20 I need an only simple working PoC code that I can start with.
