ASP.NET server migration A project developed by third parties previously, must be migrated to a new computer. The project in question is a Web Application in C#. and it use SQL server. I have the source file and the DB backup. Currently I have installed on the new pc: - visual studio compatible with the project (2015) - sql server (2017) - sql management studio (2017) I can open the project and read the database correctly inside sql managment studio but running the old project in the new pc brings me a very general error: cen't reach this page •Make sure the web address http://localhost:57144 is correct •Search for this site on Bing •Refresh the page More information More information There was a temporary DNS error. Try refreshing the page. Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND I think it's a problem of configurations on the project. Similar sample projects do not find the same error but are correctly [login to view URL] goal is to get the correct server load in the new pc, and be able to understand the steps for a correct configuration for possible future times and steps to consider for a server configuration. the solution could be followed by a connection to the PC in question through teamviewer or similar program. I am waiting for any offers or clarifications
