I am an American developer with extensive professional experience in both C# and raw data parsing/ My proposal is that I can provide both a C# library and a small example command line app to test it and provide an example. You guys can provide what data you want out of the headers and the raw files, and potentially a list of all the raw formats you want supported. From the preliminary investigation, the spooler format can support a large number of raw formats, but I would be glad to make a flexible parser for a good number of them within reason, I just cant guarantee 100% coverage as you never know what printer manufacturer might decide to use its own format we didn't foresee!
