Hi there, As per my understanding, web application is to be developed for the documents management. There will be document uploading/input, indexing, search, processing, workflow automation, security, dashboard, customization and some special features as main functionalities. Maybe we should prioritize to the requirement items you listed in the project description, because in my opinion, this system should be developed incrementally. In 2 months, I cannot implement the whole set, I can work on it more and look into how much of it I can implement in 2 months. I can work 3 full days a week, with a total of 24 days in 2 months, my hourly rate is 30 USD, that makes about 6500 USD. But I will charge you for 5000 USD for the development. We can also split the time and price between the requirement items if you like.
