Fix .net blogengine admin sub directory issue

Hello, I am using .net blog ([login to view URL]). I have put the engine in sub category [login to view URL] the blog it self works but the admin area return me 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. need to fix the files/settings to allow me to use admin area when blog installed into sub category.

I am .NET developer. I have good hands-on experience more than 3 yrs in asp.net web and windows application developement. I have my own workstation setup with Visual Studio 2017 and SQl server.
