The solution will be provide the Explorer viewers, with filtering folder name by give them a tags. (e.g folder name). Double click to the folder/files, will open the target folder/file. Your idea sounds very simple! I would be pleased to complete it as fast as I can. I think that this idea with folder browsing should be implemeneted via WPF framework so I would use it and you would be provided with the app's source code and the built exe file which would contain your program.
