Helpdesk Mobile Application using Xamarin with Visual Studio IDE

I have a WEB application for Helpdesk and Case management and would like to build a mobile app to some functions in the helpdesk system. I would like to employ someone who has experience in Xamarin with Visual Studio to start the project and get version 1 done. Once we complete version 1 with basic features, I will award the same developer ongoing changes and releases. Some important notes: 1. I will build the API to the Helpdesk system and host on our development environment 2. You will build the forms and call the API to pick up JSON formatted data Please make sure that you read the instructions below: 1. You must have experience in using XAMARIN in the Visual Studio IDE 3. We will use Skype to discuss any questions 4. Once we agree on the scope, we will start development 3. Milestone release will be as follows: 50% on Testing and 50% on completion of version 1.
