C# Multithreading Requirement

I have an application which fetches data from websocket continuously and updates in database. When I turnoff database update line in the code I get all the data from websocket but when database update is on, it misses the data in between and updates to database is very slow. I am looking for a c# developer who is expert in multi threading and websocket to amend the code in my project so that it does not miss any tick coming from websocket. Small task but need an expert to look at it.
